Dec. 1965 Established Aiden as a trading company specializing in auto control devices in Hongo, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, and commenced sales.
Feb. 1967 Responding to business developments, reorganized as Aiden Co., Ltd. with one million yen in capital.
Aug. 1974 Strengthened sales of photo electronic sensors by concluding an agency contract with SUNX Co., Ltd.
Oct. 1975 Successfully developed an automatic defective shape sorting machine for plastic containers by applying a pneumatic fluid element to the system. Obtained the US patent.
April 1979 Established Atsugi office in Atsugi, Kanagawa.
Aug. 1979 Increased capital to 3 million yen.
March 1980 Increased capital to 6 million yen.
Jan. 1982 Established Fukuoka office in Kurume, Fukuoka.
Sep. 1982 Commenced sales of absolute encoder by concluding a sales contract with NSD Co., Ltd.
Oct. 1982 Commenced sales of ultraviolet curing system by concluding an agency contract with EYE GRAPHICS Co., Ltd.
July 1983 Commenced sales of digital pressure gauge and its applications by concluding an agency contract with Balcom Co., Ltd.
Feb. 1984 Commenced sales of synthetic speech equipment by concluding a sales contract with Arrow Electronics Ind. Co., Ltd.
June 1984 Established Saitama office in Ohmiya, Saitama.
March 1986 Established Tama office in Higashi-murayama, Tokyo.
June 1986 Increased capital to 14 million yen.
June 1987 Commenced sales of sequencer and drive system by concluding a specified agency contract with Mitsubishi Electric Corporation.
June 1988 Commenced sales of varied products by concluding an agency contract with ROCKWELL Automation Japan Co., Ltd.
Jan. 1989 Established technical department at headquarters and started sales of system.
June 1989 Increased capital to 25 million yen.
Dec. 1989 Strengthened sales by concluding an agency contract with Matsushita Automation Controls Co., Ltd., which has been established though merging the sales companies of Matsushita Electric Works, Ltd. And SUNX Co., Ltd.
May, 1993 Commenced sales of signal display by concluding an agency contract with PATLITE Corporation.
June 1993 Commenced sales of various kinds of encoders, positioning counters by concluding a sales contract with MUTOH Industries Ltd.
June 1994 Commenced sales of touch panel by concluding an agency contract with Hakko Electronics Co., Ltd.
April 1997 Commenced sales of robots by concluding an agency contract with IAI corporation.
Jan. 1998 Commenced sales of aluminum frames by concluding an agency contract with BOSCH corporation.
April 2001 Moved headquarters to 2-29-3 Yushima, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo.
Dec. 2001 Established Kumamoto office in Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto.
Dec. 2001 Established Hiroshima office in Hiroshima.
Feb. 2002 Integrated Tama office and Saitama office as west metropolitan office in Asaka, Saitama.
June 2004 Established Osaka office in Suita, Osaka.
Sep. 2004 Established Tokyo office in Sumiyoshi, Koutouku, Tokyo, by separating from the headquarters.
Nov. 2004 Commenced sales of image processing equipment by concluding an agency contract with DVT Corporation (USA).
Feb. 2005 Established Nagano branch office in Suwa, Nagano.
Aug.2005 Entered into a distribution agreement with Cognex Corporation.
Oct. 2005 Entered into a distribution agreement with ProSoft Technology.
Sep.2006 Entered into a distribution agreement with Korenix Technology.
Dec.2006 Establishedas the branch factory in Shanghai, China with a capital of US$ 400,000
April 2008 Increased capital of to US$ 510,000.
April 2009 Entered into a distribution agreement with Banner Engineering Corporation.
Feb. 2010 Entered into a distribution agreement with ECT.
Feb. 2010 Increased capital of to US$ 1,010,000.
Oct. 2012 Established Kita-Kanto branch office in Utsunomiya, Tochigi.
Aug. 2012 Established Aiden Automation (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.
Jan. 2013 Moved Tokyo Office into Headquarter building
Jan. 2013 Established 上海百精自動化設備工程有限公司 in Shanghai, China
May 2014 Entered into a distribution agreement with ECT
